Crown looks bulky and different

2018-06-19 02:43:09
I had a root canal done on my front tooth. I am 20yrs old girl. I feel that the crown itself is too high above my original gum line. I also feel that it's a huge difference in shape and color between my original teeth and crowned tooth. Since it is in front zone, I feel uneasy. It is porcelain crown.

If possible upload photos for a better reply. If u r unhappy with yr crown u can get it replaced. Unfortunately that is the only way. Crowns cannot be corrected in yr mouth.

Please share photographs. A remake of the crown would be needed.

Unfortunately crowns cannot be repaired in the mouth. If this crown has been fixed with a permanent cement, you will require to remove it and get a new crown done.
