Crooked teeth from front
Im having crooked teeth from front and also I've 3 sided extra tiny teeth or vestibular teeth due to which im not able to brush properly bcz its overlapping and it hurts my inner cheeks alot too. What to do in this case?
Due to loss of space in the jaw bone or due to discrepancy in tooth: jaw bone ratio this crowding has occurrd most probably. Get evaluated for getting them corrected with braces, aligners accordingly to avoid future problems of food lodgement, cavities, calculus deposits between crowded teeth.

There is no extra teeth in the pic, teeth are just not well aligned and crowded due to lack of space.

Irregularly placed and Crooked teeth causes serious problem with oral hygiene and even for the digestion of food in mouth..it can even cause trauma or pain to the surrounding structures..
For your case you need to get braces to normalise the alignment of the teeth.
Take appointment to a dentist and get your treatment done.
