Creatinine

Hi , I had fever before 2-3 months and I did serum creatinine test , it was 1.27 and normal range which it was showing in report was from 0.8-1.4 I also had dehydration at that time. So,is this normal according to my age ?? or am I at the border of risk of any kidney disease . Other than that I don't have any disease or comorbolity. Is this anything to worry or should I make any lifestyle changes ??

S creatinine 1.27 for your age indicates GFR(filtering capacity of kidney) of around 65. S Creatinine test done during time of fever may not be an ideal thing to assess your kidney function
Next Steps
Repeat the S creatinine test now. Also do spot urine protein/creatinine ratio Do these tests in a good standard lab and consult a good Nephrologist
