Creatinine and Urea

I went for complete body check up. In KFT creatinine is borderline at 1.16 and urea is 35. 2 months ago it creatinine was 1.18 and urea was 19. Dr advised for KUB and UPCR. BOTH ARE normal and within range. Should i need further evaluation or it is ok. Pls help i am worried
