My mom diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 7 years back. She's taking metformin twice a day. Her blood sugar levels FP 136, Post meal 156. Recently urine, creatinine test are done because of UTI. Two months back creatine 0.8, this month 0.9. Any  precautions to take for healthy life. No blood pressure.

Sugars fine Hba1c? Creatinine normal. Just control sugars,bp, cholesterol. Follow good diet and regular exercise.
