Creamaffin plus during pregnancy

My doctor has advised Cremaffin plus for constipation. I'm in my 5 th month now and have been taking this syrup from 2nd month regularly. Is it ok? Will there be any effect on the fetus? I'm carrying twins.

Please have a high fibre diet, warm milk. You shouldn't be taking it for so long. Will not affect baby though, but will affect you.
