Hiiii.....this calf pain might be associated with vit d deficiency....electrolyte imbalance and interruption in blood flow in calf ...... Go for vit d test first and do colour doppler study of your calf region....

This problem is a common one seen nowadays. Mainly due to electrolyte imbalance. Reduced jntake of water may also cause the same problem. You need to drink sufficient amount of water daily. Go with some simple stretches : -Calf stretch can be done with a shawl.pull the foot upwards and maintain for 15sec repeat 5times - stand at the edge of the stair lift your body up and then slowly come down until you feel a good stretch. Maintain for 15sec repeat for 5 times twice daily. -stand and then keep the affected leg behind and bend so that normal knee bends and the affected one remains straight. Almost similar to the lunges. Hold for 10sec repeat for 10times twice daily.
Next Steps
Try doing these exercises daily and before going to walk.
Health Tips
Try to have enough intake of water and electrolytes.. stretching exercises to be done daily.

I strongly believe that this can be from your back as your back is bent when you walk uphill causing increasing pressure causing pain in your legs. Sleeping on a soft mattress which sags minimally also can cause this pain during the night. Electrolyte imbalance in case, if you are very active, can lead to this pain too somehow. Try replenishing normal water with some kind of sports drink.
Next Steps
You can get your back checked.
Health Tips
Don't over stress and don't sit in one position for more than 45 minutes.
