Cracking sound in joints and spine

Hi, i would like to know the reason of cracking or poping sound in my joint, spcl. in neck and spine. I constantly feel little pain or uncomfortabllity in my neck also in my middle spine nd after little streching or twisting, poping sound came out through the joint nd i feel relaxed, bt in or abt 30 again feeling the same discomfort nd again that poping sound came. Pls, suggest me what is this problem or deasese, which i.m suffering? And to whom us the treatment of it? Thnx

Crackling sound generally at your age r usually not harmful

just relax and start general conditioning excercises like walking ,cycling and yoga, meditation. increase intake of milk and dairy products like curd,cheese. tab shelcal CT x OD tab uprise D3 x once a week.
