Covid Positive with high fever

Hi Doctor, My mother is covid positive and has high fever and dry cough since 6 days. She is taking Azithromycin twice a day and Dolo 650 every 5 -6 hrs. The fever is usually above 100 also reached 102. Sometimes after taking medicine it is 99.8 Also taking zincovit, vit c, Rantac tablets. She has bp for which she takes medicines and borderline diabetes managing through food control. Should we admit her in hospital? SpO2 is above 96 (mostly 97) Thanks.
