My brother is  covid positive.He is home quarentine from last ten days..during first three days he has only throat infection n that recovered .he has some Cough too bt that is also ok nw even he has done the x-ray of chest n the report is normal..even oxygen level from last 10 days is 95-96.Bt fever remains remains fluctuating from 101 to 99 & 99 to 100 or 101 .wat to do is this serious issue .will patient needs to get hospitalised...he even take tablet dolo thrice a day...yesterday he vomit too..in evening ..need your valuable suggestios wat to do..he take vitamin c tablets ,e tablets too..
