Hello,If you don't have any medical problems like hyperthyroidism, irritable bowel syndrome you can gain weight, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in aerobics it increases your appetite and there by you can eat more food daily.
