Xray of the affected region is mandatory .If caries reaching deep in pulp chamber or infection at apex of tooth then root canal will be required. Rx:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 15 days Warm saline rinses between meals ☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV

Hi...It seems to be you are experiencing pain related with lower wisdom tooth. As it’s a last tooth , it gives pain in back region upper and lower jaw both,also ear pain sometimes. You also experiences difficulty in mouth opening. It’s quite common . As per the image you attached, your wisdom tooth is looking carious. Radiograph of that tooth related is recommended and then we can decide for line of treatment. Generally, wisdom tooth is advised for extraction if it troubles/ irritate.
Next Steps
Plan your dentist visit for clinical findings and radiograph. For a time being, you can take painkiller to relive the symptoms.

Can be caries at sides of any of the teeth. T. Robinaxol D, if painful,after food. (2 tablets   for 2 days) T. Famonext 20, before food. Luke warm water salt gargle, if relieving pain. Maintain oral hygiene. Use dental floss after every meal.
Next Steps
If pain  persists, T. Monocef o CV( 200/125), 2 times/day, 10 tablets. After food. with antacid mentioned above. Xray and visit dentist for further treatment.
