Hello sir I am Past MDR Tuberculosis patient 2019-2021 And take MDR  treatment properly 2 year with 6 month kanamycin injection and medicine are Monopas,my coutof c,ethio,etc...And feeling well and xray report are clear than my doctor close all medicine But Now few days Gale me khraash hokar blood aajata hai kvi morning me kvi evening me, My CBC  report - hemoglobin -14, eosinophilia -06  , etc all are normal and ct scan report attached so please see and suggest me what can do

It's seems like that hemoptysis ( blood in cough) is due to post TB sequelae. Nothing much to be done. Just take tranaxemic acid for control of blood. Avoid heavy work.

Post TB blood in cough is quiet common. Take medicines for controlling blood. If bleeding is too much >50ml and recurrent then you need to find the source of bleeding whether the problem is in throat or old cavitary lesion or blood vessel leaking from airways.
Next Steps
Tab cough suppressive medicines inhalers and blood suppressing medicines. If frequently happening get a CT pulmonary angiogram and ENT evaluation done. That will give us some answer. Last option could be surgery or lung transplant.
