For 3 month old baby, avoid self medications. And consult with a pediatrician for further medical management.

Calpol drops have no affect on cough and congestion in nose.. Calpol Pediatric Drops 15 ml belongs to the class of drugs known as 'non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug' (NSAID). It is a fixed-dose combination composed of aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. It can be used for the reduction of pain and inflammation due to bone or soft tissue injury, resolution of postoperative inflammation, oedema and pain.
