Ideal is a proper clinical examination by a Gynaecologist or a General Physician. That will determine whether you need antibiotics or not. For the time being you can take Syrup Ambrolyte 1 TSF 3 times a day.

If it is only cough with out any  sputum ect,you can try home remedies, like chewing  clove,taking  warm water  sips and Lemon juice  ect.Otherwise take  consultation and  get prescription.
