Use syrup Allegra 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days . Monteleukast 4 mg tablet at night once for 2 weeks .

Use ginger, lemon and honey paste or juice, take mild warm water. If more cough you can use cough syrup. It might be due to allergy, but i have to examine the child.
