Having cold for the past one week...no fever..no body aches...only cough n that too in the evening. No travel history.

Tab chest on cold(1-0-1)3days after food. Tab azee 250(1-0-0)5days before food. Syr ambrolite s (3ml-3ml-3ml)7days after Food. Tab pand 40(1-0-1)5days.before food. Tab deriphylline retard (1-0-1)5days after food.

It's just a common cold. Need not worry Take steam inhalation Salt water gargle thrice a day Tab montair Lc 1-0-1*3 days (you'll feel drowsiness, take complete rest) Avoid oily and cold food Drink warm water
