My son is having Cough & Cold from last 10 days he is 3.8 months old,We have given him Hycoril Pd,Coldlas To releive his Cold & Cough but still no relief,Please advise

Stop medicine,give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block,use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hourly if required.
