My son age 4 years.he eats cold ice cream at noon coming from sun.At night he got coluh amd and light fever.what to do now

For fever u can use paracetamol @10mg/kg/dose 6hrly.And child should take plenty of rest and fluids. Hopefully he will recover within week.
