My son is 14 months old, 9.7 kg, with a cold for 4–5 days. Pediatrician diagnosed viral infection and prescribed Bilazap-M (Bilastine 10 mg + Montelukast 4 mg) 5 mL once daily and Wikoryl AF (Chlorpheniramine 2 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg per 5 mL) 3 mL twice daily. I found age restrictions for these medicines and am concerned. Are these medicines/doses safe and appropriate for a 14-month-old, or should I reconfirm with the pediatrician before giving them?
