Hi, it's better to consult a physician as we need to know if the sneezing and cough is just allergic (which should have settled with montelus) or you have any upper respiratory tract infection which will need meds for flu/uri. Lower abdominal pain can happen with continous coughing and sneezing. If it doesn't resolve with meds you'll need to be examined.
