Since 2 -3 weeks I am experiencing mild cough and I have to spit like 100 times a day and I should keep cleaning my nose for the entire day . I always feel the sputum rolling over in my throat. My nostrils are blocked most of the time and I have to breathe through my mouth and sometimes I even feel breathlessness. Sometimes I even get a headache like heaviness and itchy sensation in my eyes. Please suggest me a remedy for this.

What colour is the sputum? Will need to know more about the problems. From the history given It's productive cough with rhinitis causing the headache. Try steam inhalation it wil help.
