My 21 month child is suffering from cough and cold from Friday.. Unable to find any doc on 15th and 16th august. Pls help me with any medicine which I can buy and give him.

If it's simple caugh & cold, you can just give her warm water with lime & honey. If fever give Syp. Calpol 2.5 ml of 250mg/5ml as required. Encourage to drink lots of fluids to keep up hydration.
