Correcting overjet with braces

2020-01-09 18:03:52
Recently I have been treated for tmj disorder... After that my orthodontist told me that I need to extract my two upper teeth to correct my malocclusion i.e. overjet problem... But my tmj dentist told me that I should not do any extraction because it can create problem in my tmj again...so I want to know is it possible to correct overjet problem without extraction? If no then how can I correct my overjet with considering my past tmj problem? Please help 🙏.
