From the starting of the pandemic, i am very scared of corona. Whenever i feel a little headache or little sore throat i feel like its a corona and do all kind of checking like spo2, temperature and visiting for doctor consultation Even a small body pain or mild body pain makes me thinks of having a virus. Everyday thinking about these things. My parents are really anger on me what i am doing, thinking about corona for a very small symptom such as sore throat or body pain. What to do i am unable to control this things. How to slow down this issue. As interfere my daily routine. Please guide me.

To help overcome corona fear you can work on keeping your mind as occupied as possible with activities you enjoy such as music, reading, and so on. To feel better you can consult a psychologist and counselling sessions will help you. A psychologist will help and guide you with relaxation and stress management techniques to help you feel calm. I understand these are uncertain times. It is also essential to not worry too much. Take care of your health by eating healthy and drinking sufficient amount of water. You can even do exercise for half an hour it will help reduce stress. Also ensure to sleep well at night.
