My wife is now 39 th week of pregnancy and in scan report it came as there is a 2 loop of cord around the neck of the baby consultation doctor told that we can do only csection normal delivery is complication please give me some advice in this case

LSCS is to be done because of considering all the other factors ,cord around neck,IUGR,and might be some other factors like your height,liquor,go for LSCS ,which  should be Elective and planned,not emergency Caessarian.

The reason fr cesarean is less liquor n iugr Not 2 loops of cord around the neck Liquor is less that's a matter of concern The weight of the baby though seems to be normal 2 loops of cord is not an indication for cesarean but yes needs constant fetal heart monitoring

Loops of cord really do not matter unless during the course of labour, there is drop in heart rate of baby or the baby is unable to descend. Only for obstetric reasons should an lscs be performed. But this is my opinion. The treating doctor is the one you should be listening to.as he or she is treating you.
