Do phyiscal exercise at home level....high fibre diet you should take....avoid fats ... Drink plenty of water... Small and frequent meal you should take... Between the major meal you need to take bhunna chnna , veggie soup, fruits, salad, fruit yoghurt.... 1 detox drink should take on daily basis....
