You can use contraceptive pills like ovral l for  21 days from first day of yr menstrual and then stop for 7 days and again continue for 21 days next month and stop for 7 days  this you can continue for one year if you have no medical illnesses and not obese,your partner can use condoms also.

Hi. You can take tab ovuloc- LD starting from day2 of your cycle . Follow the instructions given .you can take it for 1 year . Must stop 6 months before you plan for preg . There should be no medical problem before you start the pills .
