Are subdermal implants like Nexplanon available in india? If yes, what is the cost to get one? Which is better, an implant or an injection every 3 months? And does the efficacy change if the patient has a BMI >30?

Injection every 3 months is cheaper. But has side effects like irregular vaginal spotting. But efficacy is good. Does not vary with BMI
