Hello there, my friend is having regular itching all over her body. When she tries to itch on that particular spot it leaves small red spots over that body part. Can you please suggest what test does she has to do?

Need a pic of lesion for proper guidance. Are they small bumps formed in area where itching? Does it bleed on itching? Any history of running nose/sore throat/ allergy? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and management.
