Continuous eye twitching

2023-11-02 04:16:38
Hi. My right eye has been twitching randomly at any point in the day. It's been many days. It happened before too, with both the eyes but it stopped for a month. Now it's happening again. Especially the bottom right end of the right eye. I am sleeping well and avoiding stress. What should I do to stop it? It's distracting me.

You can do ice compresses. Destress,  get adequate sleep, reduce caffeine intake. Consult online to start medication
