I have long sight problem and I am using speticles regularly so I have some pain at above part of my ears due to those speticles.so I want to use contact lens for my sight. What will I have to do for using contact lens,is there any treatment needed to use them????? Or use them directly as speticles???? I have long sight of 1.5 value

Usually the power of contact lenses are less than  the specs.so please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
