My spects power is as below
Right -2.75 Left -2.50
Just want to know if I switch to contact lens , will the powers be same ?
If not please tell me what should be the power of contact lens.

No contact lenses power is likely to be little lesser because ,the specs lenses are worn 12to 15 mms away from the cornea and the contact lenses are worn just on the surface of the cornea.
So please get your lenses tried before buying.
Can consult an ophthalmologist nearby or an optometrist trained in contact lens testing.
