I weigh 95 kilos and have severe constipation issue. Is it okay to take probiotics to relieve constipation and which is good probiotic? I have to take laxative every week atleast to empty my bowel. I feel bloated and burning sensation in my stomach.
Probiotics are good for your gut. Natural probiotics like buttermilk is good. But probiotics donor relive constipation. For constipation dietary changes with high fibre in diet, regular exercise and if need laxative are required.
If you have hard stools then probiotics will not help.
Stools are not hard then other causes other than constipation have to be thought of.
