I pass bowel either in a gap of a day or sometimes everyday only once. My stool is kind of hard and i sometimes see white mucus at start of stool . And having rectal pain before passing stool . Is it ulcerative colitis or something normal Please help

Not normal. Constipation has a lot of reasons. Increase fibre and fluid in your diet.  Also meet a Gastro or Gastro surgeon to rule out va disease
