I am suffering from chronic constipation. Not able have my bowels at regular intervals. I feel heavy in my stomach. I am also suffering from an anal fissure. I am taking home medicine to have my bowel movement. I don't want to induce the bowel movement for the rest of my life. I want to become normal. Please consider this a request and help me as it's upsetting me mentally
