Hello, my father is suffering from constipation since 30yrs. He has tried many medicines-(ayurvedic, homeopathic and allopathic) but no relief. Currently, on someone's suggestion he has started having tobacco. I'm bit worried about this. Kindly advice me. He has also started having water morning but no relief. Neither does he have sedentary lifestyle.
