Please consult a General Physician on Practo with the reports and details. She should seek a proper consultation, not sharing report on Practo.

The blood test showing hba1c of 9.8 tells that she has diabetes. She needs to be started on medications. Constipation maybe an additional problem or be associated with diabetes itself. Get a ultrasound if possible and get a physical consult done with your general medicine practitioner or diabetologist.
Next Steps
ultrasound of the abdomen (stomach) meet the local physician or diabetologist
Health Tips
Kindly do not wait for symptoms to subside on their own or on home care. Medicines are necessary and urgent considering the high hba1c levels.
