I'm 7weeks pregnant and suffering with severe constipation, any home remedies to follow? I'm using progesterone it is causing constipation

Progesterone can cause constipation, however constipation is a normal symptom of pregnancy, You can use laxitol or ishapgulla husk

Hi Constipation i common in pregnancy Try aloevera juice , it helps. progesterone  usually causes Constipation.
