Constipation and stomach pain

I have been facing constipation problem from over 4 year. So now I change my lifestyle (food & yoga) & get it improve but not completely still I am facing the same. Nowadays I am facing sever pain in left of my stomach and low pain in front of stomach vertically.please help me how to diagnose.

[ ] Left sided abdominal pain can be due to gastritis, left sided colitis ( infection of colon) or may be a muscular pain. If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone. You need to go for a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out above problems . feel free to ask any further quary.
