Hello dear parent, I understand your concern. It is absolutely normal for a baby until about 6 months of age to pass stools once in 4-5 days or even 4-5 times in one day. Children who are breastfed need not have regular stooling like in adults If you have been top feeding with formula feeds, i would suggest you to stop formula feeding and continue just exclusive breastfeeding.
Next Steps
you don't have to give coliza everytime if the baby is passing stools of normal colour and consistency, then there is no need to worry. you can try avoiding cow milk and milk products in the mother's diet
Health Tips
Along with the above complaints, if you notice 1. distension of tummy 2. irritability 3. not feeding well 4. red rashes around anal region 5. watery stools 6. stools mixed with blood or mucus 7. loss of weight or not gaining adequate weight Then, i would suggest you to visit your Paediatrician otherwise your baby seems fine
