I have been suffering from dysentery for a long time. I have taken 3 metronidazole tablet in three days. But now I have constipation. So how can I treat constipation?

antibiotics also kill good bacteria in gut. take pre and probiotic food like kefir or kombucha. else take probiotic supplements. Along with it, take 2 spoons of coconut oil every morning to lubricate the intestines. let me know if further help required
