Hi have been constantly gaining weight and feeling bloated. I do workout everyday and maintain a pretty decent diet. But there seems no difference in bringing down my weight

Plan ur diet .eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengramsprouts. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods.oilyspicy foods,nonveg. Workout for two hrseveryday Still not successful,then take medicines ayurvedic.
