Constantly daydreaming

I’m almost always daydreaming. I’m not attentive at lectures and I can’t focus on my studies. I can’t stop daydreaming and whenever I try to drift my attention back I fail.. I read about many psychological disorders and I found maladaptive daydreaming symptoms explain my problem. I also doubted executive function disorder as I find great difficulty in finishing whatsoever despite the fact that I’m very responsible.

Daydreaming is caused by several conditions: ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety. First of all consult a professional to find out the exact cause of your daydreaming. If it is ADD, there are medicines that can help you. If it is depression/anxiety or a situational condition, then therapy can help you.
