calcium intake from food or calcium supplements.
- Avoid food such as spinach, rhubarb, strawberries, chocolate, wheat bran, nuts, beets and brewed tea.
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30mins)

- Do not strain during bowel movements
- Reduce weight as per your BMI
