I would start by suggesting you start meditation twice a day for atleast 10mins per session. Start writing down the positive things or your achievements and try focusing on them, as soon as you feel that negativity is going to overcome your mind, distract yourself using a hobby or any other thing that can help you distract your mind. Your meditation will start helping you bring back your focus and concentration, which will then help you with your negativity and confidence issue
