Constant pressure on head

I feel constant pressure on my head and worse in mornings and i have nasal polyp. Can this be relayed?

If u know u have a nasal polyp ...means u have consulted an ent doctor before .. since polyps occur in chronic sinusitis patients ... The associated disease can lead to obstruction in sinus outflow hence headache and pressure symptoms .. kindly consult an ent doctor for proper treatment
