Naked tooth surfaces and dental caries are 2 major causes of sensitivity. Do visit a dentist for a good clinical exam

Visit a dentist and get it checked. If there is any cavity, get it filled. For sensitive teeth, you can use any good sensitive toothpaste available in the market. Get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months.
