I have a constant pain in my left shoulder & arm & its bad having it for more than a month along with stiffness in neck.Should 8 see an ortho or neurologist?pls advice

It can b cervical pain or frozen shoulder.u must consult to the orthopedic.till then u can use hot pack to reduce the pain.dint overwork your shoulder and neck.dont use pillow.
