Constant pain below chest right side

CT shows 1. Right basal pleural reaction. 2.Bilateral basal plate atelectasis. 3.Nodule in right upper lobe appears benign. 4. Parenchymal opacites in both upper lobe of lung may represent sequelae of old infection.

Pleural effusion is not to be ignored. It could be because of any underlying disease of the lung. Get your blood tested for infections especially for tuberculosis also get a sputum test done.
